At North Central Texas Foot & Ankle, we believe in using our God given talents to help others locally and internationally. Annually, we volunteer to be part of a medical mission with Love for the Least. We are part of a medical team that travels to Kurdistan, an area of northern Iraq, to provide care to refugees and internally displaced persons, or IDPs. These are people whose homes and lives have been destroyed by the horrors of the wars in the Middle East and are now living in camps. Refugee and Secret Believer Project
Love 4 the Least is a movement of field workers, supporters, intercessors, and church partners passionate about sharing Christ’s love with the least. We care for widows, orphans, refugees, and trafficked women and children.
Love 4 the Least teaches Syrian and Iraqi refugee women and Secret Believers to make embroidery pieces which are sold for $50 in the United States. 100% of the profit goes back to the women. The money helps them to feed their families, buy clothes and medication, and pay for school fees. This is life-changing and meaningful work that gives these women hope and dignity.
